Deutsch Hand Pneumatic Crimp Tool

The HDT-48-00PN Pneumatic Crimp Tool is a handheld, full cycling tool that produces a four point indent crimp on Deutsch solid style pins and sockets in sizes from 12 to 20. The tool runs on compressed air with no requirement for any electrical connection, even with the optional foot trigger attached. With the optional adjustable base, the tool may be permanently mounted for ease of use in high volume environments

The optional BM-2A adjustable base is a heavy machined base that provides easy 3 axis adjustments and locks in position with a single tightening knob. Holes in the base allow it to be securely mounted to a bench.

The optional foot switch accessory for the HDT-48-00PN pneumatic crimper allows the user to operate the crimp tool while keeping both of their hands free to provide a quick and precise crimp. Simply connect the foot switch to the HDT-48-00PN and you are ready to control your crimps with a press of your foot. The foot switch activates the compressed air used to activate the crimper which does not require electrical connection. With both hands free you can create uniform strong crimps much easier.
