Techflex® Motorcycle Sleeving Kits

Motorcycle Engine Customizing Kits provide the final touch to any customization project. After all the welding, the painting, the engine work, the chroming is complete, our kits let any enthusiast put the finishing touch on their project by adding a personal touch to the wires, hoses and cables on their bike. The unique engineering of the expandable braided sleeving allows easy DIY installation and protects exposed wires and hoses from the constant abuses of the road. The heavy monofilament threads that make up the sleeve are resistant to chemicals, sunlight and abrasion, remain flexible over a wide range of temperatures and are physically stable at temperatures up to 400°F. Available in a wide range of colors, as well as metallic silver, our kits allow you to offer your customers a personalized and cost effective solution to the challenge of wire and cable management on their custom motorcycles.

The Techflex® Motorcycle Engine Wire & Hose Customization Kits include a selection of products to customize and protect your bike's wiring. All kits include the following items:

• 8ft. – ¼” Flexo® PET In Chosen Color
• 20ft – 3/8 Flexo® PET In Chosen Color
• 6ft – ½” Flexo® PET In Chosen Color
• 1 ft – ¾” Shrinkflex® 3:1 Heat Shrink Tubing in Corresponding Color
• 4 – 4” Metal Barb Cable Ties in Corresponding Color

Flexo® PET Braided Sleeving?

Flexo® PET is used in electronics, automotive, marine and industrial wire harnessing and management applications where cost efficiency and application durability are important. The unique braided construction allows expandability up to 150% or more for quick and easy installation over large connectors and long installation runs. PT is braided from 10 mil PolyEthylene Terepthalate (PET) monofilament yarns. The material has a wide operating temperature range, resists chemical degradation, UV damage and abrasion.

Heat Shrink Tubing

ShrinkFlex® 3:1 polyolefin heat shrink tubing is an effective and economical way to professionally finish the ends of any wire harness application. The over-expanded product configuration easily fits over the end of a connector, and shrinks down to 33% of its original diameter to fit snugly over the wires.
